 | | The final activity in Discover Space is to capture the knowledge and know-how that has surfaced in the community so that it is available to community members and others with whom you wish to share your learning at this time. Organizing your learning into key concepts will also fuel your work in Invent Space, should you decide to transform your communitys learning into a more complete system of knowledge. Now is also the time to make explicit responses to the communitys triggering questions. Reflections 1. What ideas or concepts have come forth that are most helpful in your work? 2. What ideas have most challenged your prior beliefs, assumptions and mental models? 3. What ideas make the most significant contributions to your communitys field of inquiry and triggering questions? 4. What ideas or concepts would hold the potential for shifting your thinking, acting and interacting if they were further explored and developed? Actions As individuals, take the time to reflect on the stories you shared, your lessons learned, the resources you contributed, and to reflect on the stories, lessons and resources shared by other community members. In light of the communitys field of inquiry and triggering questions, make note of the most significant and relevant ideas and concepts that are emerging. Then, in conversation decide on the best way to capture, organize and document your key concepts. Be sure to post the documents you create in the communitys Knowledge Space. When you have completed this activity, return to The Common to reflect on your experiences and decide on the next steps for your community.
